I am new to the surgery. Every time I have rang there has been an answer in a timely manner, staff helpful and polite. Doctors professional and have no complaints. Highly recommend

Always helpful staff, clean surgery and providing you’re organised you can get an appointment with a GP usually fairly quickly

The practice needs more nurses as those appointments fill up very fast

Problems with sight caused the restriction of driving, spent 6 months between specialist and doctors for an answer and thou the specialist said it had nothing to do with his work I still had to chase around for the resume to drive. Can't get an appointment as sleep problems mean I can't phone at 7 30 even after requests for a date in the future no appointments available. Constantly report medical conditions, they're put on the computer but nothing is talking about just recorded,so still no further forward after an appointment than before.

Explain medical conditions instead of just recording them. Being able to book an advanced appointment if you fit into a certain criteria like sleep problems etc. Better links between the practice and specialists over complex medical decisions
